Attaching the Fillet
1. Put the fish fillet with its skin down on the oiled grill board.
2. Spear the metal bracket through the lower part of the fish.
3. Bend the bracket 90 degrees in the opposite direction.
4. Push the bracket down and then fully through to resistance.
5. Place the holder on the edge of the fire pit and slide the board with the prepared fish into the slot.
